Welcome To Kingsley-Rose
Joe HuffineChief Executive OfficerEstablished in 2003 and headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, Kingsley-Rose is making headlines as one of the industry’s top retained search firms specializing in senior level executive, CEO and board position placements.
Kingsley-Rose is a mosaic of industry leading researchers, consultants, executive recruiters, and client service specialists working together in a project pyramid for one common goal: superior business development through the implementation of remarkable talent. Prior to Kingsley-Rose our founder, Joe Huffine, was involved in a variety of recruiting and consulting industries. In 1997, Joe co-founded ONEX Inc., an award-winning High-Tech consulting and recruiting organization where he served as Chairman and CEO until it was sold in 2001 to a global public company. During his time at ONEX, they grew to over 200 people in less than 4 years, they were voted one of the best places to work for, nominated as a “Top 100 technology companies to watch” and Joe was a 3-year finalist in Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year. When that company sold, he noticed a gap in Indiana. There was not one solid executive retained recruiting firm and as a result, he kept the executive recruiting piece and named it Kingsley-Rose. |
